Privacy

We keep as little as we can, and we never sell data.
What we collect
Your name, email and password hash for your account; the briefs you write; and the drops, designs and products wovain makes for you.
Analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the US, to learn how people find and use wovain: the pages you visit, what you click, page speed, the site's language and your country. Your country comes from your IP address, which isn't kept, and the page checks whether an automated browser is driving it, so bots aren't counted as visitors. Until you accept, it runs without cookies or browser storage, so it can't recognize you across visits or record replays. If you accept, or where the law doesn't require asking first, it stores an ID in your browser and records session replays, with everything you type and your account details hidden. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of the page, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as a no. Once you sign in, these events are tied to your account's id, never your email.
Connected services
When you connect Fourthwall, Meta or fal, we store the access they grant so wovain can act for you. You can disconnect any of them at any time from Connections.
Who processes it
Briefs and designs are sent to the services that do the work: Nebius, Qloo, Tavily, fal, Fourthwall and Meta. Each handles data under its own policy.
Voice commands
When you hold the microphone button, fal turns your recording into text, and Nebius reads the text so wovain can work out what you asked. wovain doesn't store the recording or the text. fal and Nebius handle them under their own terms. Analytics only records which kind of command it was, never what you said.
Deleting your data
Email privacy@wovain.com from your account's address and we delete your account, drops and stored connections within 30 days.
